The Story

I've always been lucky enough to live fairly close to the countryside but had not had the time to fully appreciate the lifestyle. We moved to the our current house on the edge of a village in rural Northamptonshire about fifteen years ago and since leaving my career in educational leadership in 2018, I am able to focus my time on writing, blogging, influencing and creative projects around the home and garden. 
I'm a knowledgeable gardener, thanks to my Dad's legacy, with a keen passion for growing flowers but I've discovered an eye for flower arranging and a love of country interiors too. I like nothing better than to combine all elements in a project within our modern country home.
